If you're living with bloating, IBS symptoms, digestive discomfort, fatigue, anxiety, overwhelm, brain fog or restless nights, you don't have to keep guessing. I help busy women uncover the root causes of gut issues, hormone imbalances and stress. Together, we will listen to the messages your body has been sending you to uncover what has been happening. I will support and empower you with the skills and knowledge to reclaim your own wellness.

Using my Listen - Understand - Restore - Thrive framework, we will create an achievable plan to help you nourish your body, regulate your nervous system and restore balance to your hormones so you can move towards digestive health and emotional harmony.

Most wellness advice starts by telling you what to do. I start somewhere different. I help you understand what your body has been trying to tell you all along. Your symptoms aren't your body working against you. They are often your body's way of asking for support.

My Four- Step Framework

Your symptoms aren't random. They are your body's way of communicating. They are telling us about your stress resilience, hormone health and digestive health. Together we will listen, understand and respond with compassion.

Listen

Our journey begins by listening to what your body has been telling you to date. We will look at your symptoms, what is showing up in your body, where you are feeling discomfort, illness, pain, emotional imbalance, period challenges, perimenopause or menopause symptoms. Together we will begin to develop body awareness, learning how to notice your internal signals (interoception), recognise patterns and reconnect with the wisdom your body has been communicating all along.

Understand

For years your body may have been whispering through bloating, fatigue, IBS, pain, digestive discomfort or restless nights. We will slow things down, review and reflect. Working together, we will begin to join the dots on rich web of your story, your health history, your lifestyle and life experiences. As patterns emerge, we will seek to understand possible root causes and identify some of the habits and beliefs that may be keeping your body stuck in survival mode.

Restore

We will build strong foundations through practical nutrition, lifestyle and stress management strategies that support your gut, nervous system and hormones. Where appropriate, I may recommend carefully selected supplements or functional testing to provide further insight. Every recommendation is personalised, evidence informed and designed to fit your life.

Lasting wellness isn't created overnight, it's built through small, consistent actions.

    Healthy digestion is the foundation of good health. Modern diets, highly processed foods, pesticides, certain medications such as PPIs, chronic stress and hormone changes can all disrupt the gut, contributing to symptoms such as bloating, abdominal discomfort, food sensitivities and IBS.

    Using a whole person, root cause approach, we will work together to uncover what may be contributing to your symptoms. We will support healthy digestion, nourish your body and restore balance to the gut microbiome.

    Where appropriate, functional stool testing is available to provide deeper insights and help personalise your wellness plan.

    Cortisol from chronic stress can affect every system in the body. It influences the nervous system, sex hormone balance (oestrogen and progesterone), digestion, immune function, decision making and emotional wellbeing. Imbalances often leaving you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and unable to switch off.

    Through nutrition, lifestyle changes, nervous system regulation techniques, and hormone support we will work to restore balance.

    Where appropriate, functional hormone testing is available. We will also use targeted supplementation and adaptogens to support you to feel calmer, more resilient and better able to thrive.

About Tracey - Functional Wellness Practitioner

I understand what it's like to live with ongoing gut problems because I've lived it myself.

For years I struggled with digestive issues, stress, exhaustion and feeling like I was constantly pushing through life.

My own healing journey began with yoga and nervous system regulation before discovering the powerful impact of functional wellness, nutrition and hormone balance.

Today, I combine those experiences with evidence-informed functional wellness and compassionate coaching to help others better understand their bodies and create sustainable change.

Because lasting wellness isn't about chasing quick fixes.

It's about understanding your body, making meaningful changes, and having the right support along the way.
