Functional Wellness is a whole person approach to wellbeing, working with you to improve your overall health. 

It uses a tried and tested hormone approach.  Balancing blood sugars, stress hormones and sex hormones all of which combined interact affecting each other influencing digestive function and the immune system.

Healing our bodies takes time.  There is no quick fix.  There is no magic pill.  No silver bullet. We will be working together for long term sustainable change at a pace that suits you.  Changing habits, building new rituals and routines.  This begins with understanding where you are now and setting your sights on how you wish to be going forward.  Personal coaching will underpin your wellness journey.   Each of us has a unique path to walk.   We will walk it together.

Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. True wellness is a journey. It takes time to understand what's happening in your body, introduce sustainable changes, and allow those changes to have a meaningful impact. My role is to guide and support you every step of the way.

We begin with a comprehensive 75-minute Wellness Assessment. This is an in-depth review of your health, where we explore your symptoms, medical history, nutrition, digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, movement, and lifestyle, listening to what your body is trying to say. Your body is always communicating, together we will identify the factors that may be contributing to your current health concerns and establish your wellness goals.

Understand

Knowledge brings clarity. I'll help you understand how the different systems within your body are connected and why you may be experiencing the symptoms you have. We will identify the priorities and create a realistic, personalised plan that feels achievable rather than overwhelming.

Restore

This is where meaningful change begins. We will support the systems of your body that are asking for help. During the follow-up sessions, we will review your progress, celebrate your successes, and adapt your plan as your body responds.

After each appointment, you'll receive:

  • A personalised session summary.

  • Clear, agreed actions to focus on before your next appointment.

  • Practical nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Supplement recommendations where appropriate.

I believe supplements should support your health, not replace healthy foundations. I only recommend products when I feel they are appropriate for your individual needs, keeping recommendations focused rather than excessive. Where available, I'll also provide practitioner discounts to help make these more affordable.

Most clients find that five follow-up sessions provide the time, support, and accountability needed to create sustainable change. Some choose to continue with ongoing sessions for continued guidance as their health goals evolve.

Throughout our time together, you'll have a dedicated partner to help you stay focused, motivated, and confident as you move towards better health.

Together, we'll create meaningful, lasting change one step at a time. Because every person is unique, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. While you can book individual appointments, many clients achieve the best results through a series of sessions, allowing time to understand, restore, and create lasting change.

£200 - initial 75 minute session.

Stress Management Course

Workshops

Your body is always communicating. This workshop is an invitation to slow down and learn its language.

Together we will explore the powerful connection between stress, digestion, hormones and the nervous system, helping you understand why your symptoms aren't random and what they may be trying to tell you.

We will begin by creating space to pause. Through a gentle guided body scan, you'll experience interoception, the practice of tuning into your body's internal signals. This simple but powerful exercise helps you reconnect with sensations that are often overlooked in the busyness of everyday life and becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

From there, we will explore the science behind your symptoms through an engaging, evidence informed health talk. Together we will connect the dots between your gut, stress, hormones and lifestyle, helping you make sense of your own health story.

The afternoon then moves from understanding into restoration. You will learn practical breathwork, experience gentle embodied movement and enjoy a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra to help regulate your nervous system and support your body's natural ability to rest, repair and restore.

You'll leave with far more than information. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your body, practical tools to support your wellbeing, and the confidence to continue listening to the messages your body is sending every day.
